Find the app, understand what it does, and decide whether it matters for the way you use your phone.

Apps commonly found on a Samsung phone
Exact apps vary by phone model, mobile provider and software version. If an app looks different on your phone, ask before deleting it.
Uninstall removes the app. Disable stops a preloaded app but leaves its system files. If neither appears, leave it alone. Back up app data first and never remove an authenticator or keyboard until its replacement works.
These are historical examples tied to named security research. Malicious apps can change their name and appearance, and innocent apps can reuse a similar name. Check the package name, source and date before deciding what an app is.
